become sore, swollen, or tingle a week or two later. Or breasts may feel fuller
or heavier or feel tender to tender to touch. Areola which is the area around
the nipples also may get darken. Other cases also could cause breast changes
and if the breast changes occur due to pregnancy, it takes several weeks to get
used to the new hormone levels, and with that breast pain should ease up.

wearing a supporting, comfortable maternity bra can relieve breast tenderness.
Cotton material and underwire-free bras are good for the skin and comfortable
to wear. Wear a bra with varying clasps that provide more space to grow in the
coming months.

your nipples
Body
Temperature rising during early pregnancy
Higher
basal body temperature may occur as a sign of pregnancy. During exercise or in
hot weather conditions your body core temperature may also increase easily.
Keeping the bedroom cool and peaceful can help you to balance the body
temperature and mood.
Fatigue
during early pregnancy
Fatigue
cans develop in any stage of pregnancy. Fatigue is a common early pregnancy

to get enough sleep and rest.

stay hydrated. Contact your doctor if you cannot keep food and fluids
down.
High
Blood pressure and dizziness
Normal
or high blood pressure will drop down in the early stages of pregnancy. Due to
this condition, you can feel dizziness since your blood vessels are
dilated?
As a
solution, you can work on pregnancy-friendly exercises and learn to record
blood pressure regularly. Get advice from your doctor on personal dietary
guidelines. And regularly drink enough water and snack to prevent dizziness.
And when you getting up from a chair do it slowly that will also help prevent
dizziness.
Sensitivity
to certain smells
Certain
smells may cause nausea or vomiting during early pregnancy.
Increase
urination
From
the 6th to 8th week some women experience more frequent urination due to
hormone changes. If other symptoms such as burning on urination you need to conduct
your doctor to make sure you are not experiencing urinary tract infection.
Another
pregnancy symptoms that women experience are constipation. Headache food
aversion or cravings back pain and shortness of breath.
