Missed Period

The first sign of symptoms of pregnancy might be the missing period for some women. However, some women got light bleeding during their expected period.

The fertilized egg is attaching itself to the wall of the uterus after conception. This process may cause one of the earliest pregnancy symptoms such as spotting and cramping. This process is called implantation bleeding and it happens between six to 12 days after the egg is fertilized.

Besides bleeding, some women experience milky discharge from their vagina. This is related to the vagina s wall thickening which begins as soon after conception. Continues growth of Cells lining the vagina causes the discharge.

This discharge may occur during the pregnancy period and treatment is not required. But if there a burning, and itching sensation or bad smell related to the discharge, get advice from your doctor so they can check on whether you have bacterial infection or yeast.


Breast changes

Changes in the breast can be other very early pregnancy symptoms. After conception woman s hormone level is rapidly changing. Due to changes womans breasts may become sore, swollen, or tingle a week or two later. Or breasts may feel fuller or heavier or feel tender to tender to touch. Areola which is the area around the nipples also may get darken. Other cases also could cause breast changes and if the breast changes occur due to pregnancy, it takes several weeks to get used to the new hormone levels, and with that breast pain should ease up. 

By wearing a supporting, comfortable maternity bra can relieve breast tenderness. Cotton material and underwire-free bras are good for the skin and comfortable to wear. Wear a bra with varying clasps that provide more space to grow in the coming months.

By wearing breast pads that fit your bra can reduce nipple pain and friction on your nipples 


Body Temperature rising during early pregnancy

Higher basal body temperature may occur as a sign of pregnancy. During exercise or in hot weather conditions your body core temperature may also increase easily. Keeping the bedroom cool and peaceful can help you to balance the body temperature and mood. 


Fatigue during early pregnancy

Fatigue cans develop in any stage of pregnancy. Fatigue is a common early pregnancy symptom early weeks of pregnancy can make you tired and exhausted and you need to get enough sleep and rest. 


Increase hear rate during early pregnancy 

Your heart may start to pumping harder and faster during 8 to 10 weeks. Arrhythmias and palpitations are common in pregnancies which are occurring due to hormones. 


Mood changes as pregnant symptoms

Progesterone and estrogen levels go high during pregnancy. This case changes your mood and makes you more reactive and emotional than usual. Moos change is pregnancy symptoms that are common and may cause irritability, depression and anxiety, and euphoria.


Morning sickness, vomiting, nausea during early pregnancy

Many women experience mild to severer morning sickness during the first trimester of pregnancy as a pregnancy symptom. 

And the end of the first trimester morning sickness may become more intense but often becomes less severe with the start of the second trimester. 

Keep a package of saltine cracker near the bed and have a few before getting up in the morning which will help to settle morning sickness. And have plenty of water to stay hydrated. Contact your doctor if you cannot keep food and fluids down. 


High Blood pressure and dizziness 

Normal or high blood pressure will drop down in the early stages of pregnancy. Due to this condition, you can feel dizziness since your blood vessels are dilated? 

As a solution, you can work on pregnancy-friendly exercises and learn to record blood pressure regularly. Get advice from your doctor on personal dietary guidelines. And regularly drink enough water and snack to prevent dizziness. And when you getting up from a chair do it slowly that will also help prevent dizziness.


Sensitivity to certain smells

Certain smells may cause nausea or vomiting during early pregnancy. 


Increase urination 

From the 6th to 8th week some women experience more frequent urination due to hormone changes. If other symptoms such as burning on urination you need to conduct your doctor to make sure you are not experiencing urinary tract infection.

Another pregnancy symptoms that women experience are constipation. Headache food aversion or cravings back pain and shortness of breath.
